Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates from a nursing background.
· Screen resumes, assess candidate qualifications, and schedule interviews.
· Maintain and update candidate databases.
· Coordinate with recruitment partners and agencies as needed.
· Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
· Assist in onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.
· Ensure smooth communication between candidates and the recruitment team.
Stay updated on nursing roles and regulatory requirements (e.g., IELTS, OET, NCLEX if recruiting for abroad).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
