Role Description
Conduct consultations with prospective clients and understand their immigration goals.
Present relevant U.S. immigration pathways and explain the firm's services.
Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification to client onboarding.
Follow up with leads,



address queries, and convert prospects into clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly consultation, retention, and revenue targets.
Maintain CRM records and track sales performance. Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion metrics.
Collaborate with attorneys and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements
Bachelor's (Master’s preferred) degree in Business, Marketing, Law, International Relations, or related field.
2–7 years of experience in business development, consultative sales, immigration services, legal services, or related fields.
Solid communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Experience handling international clients and virtual consultations.
Familiarity with U.S. immigration categories such as EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1, H-1B, L-1, and other visa pathways is a plus.
