Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor management, invoice processing, and basic GST compliance. Solid organizational and analytical skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilitie

s Manage Accounts Payable (AP)*, including invoice verification, payment processing, and reconciliation

. Handle Accounts Receivable (AR)* by tracking customer payments, preparing invoices, and following up on outstanding dues

.* Maintain and manage vendor records, onboarding, and vendor payment coordination

.* Process and verify bills, purchase invoices, and expense claims

.* Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts

. Assist with basic GST* activities, including invoice validation, GST data preparation, and maintaining compliance records

.* Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation





.* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment-related issues

.* Support monthly and year-end closing activities

.* Ensure compliance with company financial policies and statutory requirements

Required Qualificatio

ns* Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related fiel

d.* 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance operation

s.* Basic knowledge of GST regulations and accounting principle

s.* Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or simila

r.* Robust attention to detail and valuable analytical skill
