Roles and Responsibilities:
Assisting the USA customers through Inbound calls
Must have experience into handling international calls.
Required Skills & Desired Skills :
Excellent Communication Skills both in Verbal and written communication.
Must be adaptable to work in rotational night shift.
Should have basic technical knowledge on, Router, modem , Ip Address, and basics of troubleshooting steps.
