Key Responsibilities
Analyze clients’ skin and document findings to determine appropriate treatments.
Administer skin treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies.
Recommend suitable skincare products and routines based on the client’s needs and clinic’s offerings.
Maintain high standards of clinic hygiene and sanitation, ensuring treatment areas and equipment are sterilized after each use.
Keep detailed records of clients’ skin history and treatments provided.
Stay informed about the latest skincare trends, products, and technologies in dermatology.
Provide support in sales through effective product recommendations and upselling when appropriate.

Qualifications
Certification or diploma in esthetics, cosmetology,



or a related skincare field.
Valid license to practice as a skin therapist or esthetician, as required by regional law.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in dermatology clinics, medispas, or cosmetic centers is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills, focusing on empathy and professionalism.
