Supervise epoxy flooring projects at client sites.
Ensure surface preparation, application, and finishing are carried out as per specifications.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams.
Manage labor deployment, material consumption, and site resources.
Monitor quality, safety, and project timelines.
Conduct site measurements and prepare daily progress reports.
Handle site-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain project documentation and material records.
Experience in epoxy flooring, PU flooring, industrial flooring, or construction chemicals.
Knowledge of floor preparation, grinding, shot blasting, and epoxy application processes.
Ability to manage manpower and subcontractors.
Valuable communication and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel to project locations.
