Job Responsibilities:
Supervise blow molding machine operators and helpers during production.
Monitor production targets and minimize machine downtime.
Ensure product quality and compliance with company and industry standards.
Coordinate machine setup, mold changeovers, and routine maintenance.
Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift documentation.
Enforce workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Train, guide, and support production staff to improve efficiency and performance.
Requirements:
Age: 28–45 years
Two-wheeler is mandatory
Experience in blow molding machine operations and production supervision.
Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage production targets and lead a team effectively.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
