Key Responsibilities
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and schedule housekeeping and GDA staff to maintain cleanliness standards.
Infection Control & Hygiene: Ensure high standards of cleanliness, specifically in hospital settings (OT, Wards, OPD).
Supervision & Inspection: Supervise daily operations, conduct inspections of completed tasks, and ensure compliance with protocols.
Inventory Control: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment.
Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports, manage staff attendance, and handle administrative duties.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven experience in housekeeping or a supervisory role, preferably within a hospital setting.
Skills: Robust communication, leadership, and organization skills.
Knowledge: Understanding of cleaning chemicals, infection control techniques, and waste management.
