Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat.
Resolve customer issues efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Maintain customer records and ensure high customer satisfaction.

English (Fluent)
Hindi (Fluent)
Telugu and/or Tamil
Added Advantage:
Marathi and/or Malayalam
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
2–4 years of experience in Customer Support/Client Relationship.
Valuable communication, problem-solving, and basic CRM/MS Office knowledge.
