Skillset Required -
• 5 –8+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales / Business Development (B2B Sales)
• Proven success in acquiring enterprise clients and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. •Experience in Gift Cards, Loyalty, Rewards, Fintech, Payments, or Corporate gifting/ sales will be preferred.
KRA -
1) Business Development & Revenue Generation : Acquire recent enterprise clients across Banking, Financial Services, Fintech, Corporate HR, Employee R&R;, Loyalty & Rewards, Channel Incentive, Insurance, and Retail sectors. Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
2) Strategic Account Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and close high-value enterprise opportunities. Build a solid pipeline through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting, and industry events.
3) Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain CXO-level relationships with key decision-makers.



Drive long-term partnerships and maximize account value.
4) Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and propose customized Digital Gift Voucher solutions for Reward Points Redemption, Employee Rewards, Customer Loyalty, Sales Incentives, Welcome Benefits, Milestone Advantages, Campaigns, and Promotions.
5) Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams for seamless onboarding and execution of client programs.
6) Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor offerings, customer needs, and emerging opportunities in Digital Gifting, Loyalty, Rewards, and Fintech ecosystems.
7) Governance & Reporting: Prepare weekly sales reports, pipeline reviews, revenue forecasts, and management presentations. Ensure CRM hygiene and MIS accuracy.
