Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil with strong expertise in Mivan/Aluminium Formwork (Shuttering) for high-rise residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for complete project execution, planning, team management, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise residential projects (G+10 and above)
Lead and supervise Mivan shuttering/formwork activities
Plan and control project timelines, resources, and budgets
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with IS standards
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
Monitor daily site progress and resolve execution challenges
Ensure timely completion of structural and finishing activities

Eligibility (Mandatory):
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering




15–20 years of experience in civil construction projects
Mandatory experience in Mivan/Aluminium formwork (high-rise buildings)
Must have handled complete project execution independently

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of RCC, Mivan shuttering cycles, and high-rise construction
Experience in team handling, contractor management, and planning
Valuable leadership and decision-making skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
