Job Description: Faculty – AI/ML, BCA, MCA

Position Overview:
The Faculty member will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning and undergraduate/postgraduate computer application programs (BCA & MCA). The role involves delivering quality education, contributing to curriculum development, and engaging in academic and research activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach subjects related to AI/ML, Data Science, Programming (Python, Java), Database Management Systems, and related areas.
Develop and update course content, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
Conduct lectures, practical sessions, and project guidance for BCA and MCA students.
Assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects.
Mentor students for academic and career development.
Participate in research, publications, seminars, and workshops.
Contribute to curriculum design and continuous improvement initiatives.




Support institutional activities, events, and academic administration.

Qualifications & Experience:
Master’s degree (MCA/M.Tech/MS) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field .
1–5 years of teaching or industry experience in relevant domains.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, programming, and data handling.

Key Skills:
Expertise in AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
Programming proficiency (Python, Java, or similar).
Solid communication and teaching skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Employment Type: Full-time / Part time
Location: West Bengal, India

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
