Role Purpose

To drive retail sales and market development for construction chemical products through dealer engagement, contractor visits, influencer management, and site-level activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand retail market for construction chemical products in assigned territory.
- Visit dealers, distributors, contractors, applicators, and project sites regularly.
- Generate demand through influencer engagement and product demonstrations.
- Support channel partners in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
- Identify new dealers and business opportunities in the market.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing,



dispatches, and collections.
- Ensure visibility and branding activities in the assigned market.
- Maintain daily sales reports and market visit updates.

- Basic technical understanding of construction materials and civil applications.
- Result-oriented and self-driven.
- Ability to build relationships with dealers and contractors.
