- Identify Secured NPA portfolios available for sale and pitch for acquisition
- Negotiate pricing and close the deal
- Working knowledge of SARFAESI, DRT, and recovery-related legal process
Candidate profile
- 15+ years in banking/NBFC/ARC stressed asset, recovery, legal, DRT, or SARFAESI
- background preferred
- Open to serving PSU/private bank officers, retired PSU bankers, or NBFC/ARC
- professionals
- Robust network with senior bank officials in this space
- Good understanding of Secured NPA sale process and regulatory framework
- No specific qualification required experience matters most
