Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated Architect with 3 to 7 years of experience for our project team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural planning, design development, preparation of construction drawings, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates with prior exposure to Metro Rail, Railway Stations, Transportation Infrastructure, or Public Infrastructure Projects will be preferred.

The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural deliverables, coordinating with project stakeholders, ensuring design compliance, and supporting project execution activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
- Develop design concepts and detailed architectural solutions in line with project requirements.
- Coordinate with Structural, Civil, MEP, and other engineering disciplines for integrated project delivery.
- Review and update architectural drawings based on project and client requirements.
- Ensure adherence to applicable codes, standards, local regulations, and client specifications.
- Assist in design reviews,



technical discussions, and project coordination meetings.
- Support site teams with architectural clarifications and design modifications during project execution.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and project-related documentation.
- Maintain quality and timely delivery of architectural design outputs.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, detailing, and construction methodologies.
- Knowledge of National Building Code (NBC), building by-laws, and relevant architectural standards.
- Positive communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary project environment.

Qualification & Experience

Mandatory Requirements

- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- 3-7 years of relevant architectural experience
- Experience in architectural design, drafting, and project coordination.

Preferred Requirements

- Experience in Metro Rail Projects.
- Experience in Railway Station Development Projects.
- Exposure to transportation, urban infrastructure, or public infrastructure projects.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
