SSM CORPORATE SALARY

The Senior Sales Manager Corporate Salary is responsible for acquiring new corporate clients and managing relationships to drive the acquisition of salary accounts. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and execution of sales initiatives to meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Corporate Acquisition:

- Identify and onboard recent corporate clients for salary account relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR and finance decision-makers.
- Conduct presentations and salary account drives at client premises.

- Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Officers/Executives.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.

- Business Development:

- Drive cross-sell of banking products such as credit cards, loans, and insurance.
- Ensure high activation and usage of salary accounts.

- Client Servicing:

- Ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of corporate clients.




- Resolve client queries and issues promptly.

- Compliance & Reporting:

- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain MIS and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in corporate salary or institutional sales
- Prior experience in banking services preferred
