- The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end branch operations for Home Loans and MSME lending business in an NBFC workplace.
- The role ensures smooth loan processing, documentation, disbursement, compliance, customer servicing, operational controls, and coordination with credit, sales, legal, and risk teams.
- The incumbent drives operational efficiency, TAT adherence, portfolio hygiene, audit readiness, and customer experience
Preferred candidate profile :
- 0- 2 years of experience in NBFC/Banking operations.
- Exposure to Home Loans and MSME lending operations.
- Experience in branch operations, loan processing, and customer servicing.
