1. Sampling and analysis of raw material and water samples for chemicals testing.
2. Analysis of in process samples, intermediates, finished product.
3. Maintaining and calibrating QC instruments (other than microbiological instruments).
4. Maintaining volumetric standards, reagents preparation with entry and related documents.
5. Maintaining outside lab analysis samples with entry and related documents.
6. Providing required documents to the auditor during the audit. Suggestions for improvement relating to quality control.
7. Review the RM, PM, FP, instrument logbook and stability study data.
8. Follow instructions given by the department head.
