- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify recent business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling insurance products such as life insurance, mutual funds, CASA deposits, etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build strong client loyalty.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in banking & insurance sales or related field.
- Strong understanding of finance sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients at all levels.
