About the Role

We are looking for a Dental Eligibility Verification (EV) Specialist – Voice Process to join our growing US Healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Dental Eligibility Verification (Voice Process) and possess excellent communication skills to interact with US insurance providers. This role requires working in the night shift and handling voice-based verification of dental insurance benefits for US patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits by calling US insurance companies.
- Contact insurance representatives to obtain accurate patient eligibility and coverage details.
- Verify insurance plans, deductibles, co-payments, co-insurance, waiting periods, annual maximums, and benefit limitations.
- Document complete and accurate insurance information in the internal system.
- Ensure all patient insurance records are updated before appointments.
- Resolve discrepancies related to insurance eligibility and escalate complex cases when required.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets while maintaining high accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA guidelines and company policies.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth claim processing and patient support.
- Provide timely updates and maintain proper documentation of every verification call.

Required Skills

- Minimum 6 months to 6 years of experience in Dental Eligibility Verification (Voice Process).
- Experience in handling voice calls with US dental insurance providers.
- Good understanding of US Dental Insurance plans and verification processes.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Valuable listening, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with healthcare software/EMR is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 6 Months to 6 Years in Dental EV – Voice Process.
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates with relevant experience can apply.
- Comfortable working in permanent night shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
