About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business & Technical Communication Executive to support our Presales team in developing technical and commercial proposals, creating sales and marketing collateral, conducting market research, and coordinating bid submission activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates who are passionate about technology and business communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, tender documents, presentations, and bid submissions.
- Create and maintain technical content, case studies, brochures, solution documents, and marketing collateral related to Smart Factory and Industrial Automation solutions.
- Conduct market research on industry trends, emerging technologies, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Prepare meeting minutes (MOMs) and sales reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Technical, Legal, Purchase, and INS teams for successful bid submissions.
- Participate in customer discussions and meetings as a note-taker and follow-up coordinator.
- Utilize AI tools and digital platforms to improve content quality, research efficiency, and proposal development.
- Support senior team members in day-to-day presales activities and documentation.
- Support the Presales team in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications





- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or related engineering disciplines.

Preferred

- MBA (Marketing) or M.Tech in relevant engineering fields.
- Published Review/Research Article in National or International Conferences/Journals will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 0 to 3 years of experience in Presales, Technical Content Writing/Presentations, Proposal Management, Bid Support, or Techno-Commercial Functions.
- Freshers with relevant internships, projects, certifications, or training are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Solid technical content writing skills for proposals, RFP responses, case studies, and marketing documents.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and solution-selling concepts.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-based productivity tools.
- Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a techno-commercial environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, conferences, and self-development initiatives.
