Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Accounting

Manage end-to-end financial accounting, including general ledger maintenance, month-end and year-end closing activities.

Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Develop annual budgets, operating plans, and financial forecasts.

Monitor budget performance through variance analysis and recommend corrective actions and managing financial accounting of various division of the organization.

Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage working capital efficiently.

Analyze cost of goods sold (COGS), manufacturing expenses, logistic expenses.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance.

Ensure adherence to RBI, FEMA, MCA, ROC, and other applicable corporate and regulatory requirements.

Administration & Operations

Oversee office administration, facility management, and infrastructure maintenance.

Manage vendor selection, contract administration, and service agreements.

Supervise company assets, utilities, and office resources.

Support procurement activities, inventory monitoring, and material reconciliation.

Ensure effective administrative processes that support manufacturing and corporate operations.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with HR, IT, Procurement, Production, Quality Assurance, and Project Management teams.





Support resource planning and operational efficiency initiatives.

Develop and implement administrative and financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Prepare financial and operational reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

510 years of experience in finance and administration, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, budgeting, cost accounting, and statutory compliance.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, & Tally.
