- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.

- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments to streamline workflow and resource utilization.

- Assist in implementing SOPs, hospital policies, and compliance protocols.

- Support in audits, quality assurance activities, and accreditation processes (NABH)

- Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics; prepare reports for management.

- Manage patient flow, TATs, discharge process, and overall patient experience.

- Liaise with vendors, facility management teams, and support services to maintain operational continuity.
