Job Description ? Executive Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute shift planning in coordination with the Shift Owner to ensure smooth operations.

- Track shift productivity and monitor SLA, CPT, and operational KPIs.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, process compliance, UPP, audits, and space management.

- Conduct RCA for operational misses and implement corrective actions.

- Coordinate vehicle placement to ensure timely customer fulfillment.

- Monitor manpower availability, absenteeism, attrition, and floor staffing based on capacity fluctuations.

- Track operational metrics including CX CPT, Dock CPT, 3P CPT, TX CPT, and NTBDR.

- Deliver floor training, conduct 5S/5-5-5 audits, and promote a secure, healthy, and motivated workplace.

- Resolve operational, customer, 3P,



and vehicle-related escalations promptly.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 2?5 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management.

- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in MS Excel and operational reporting.
