Role: Customer Service Executive

Fresher and Experienced both can apply.

Salary Package: 1.80 LPA 3.50 LPA CTC
In-Hand Salary: 15,000 24,000 per month
Salary is Non-Negotiable

5 days working and 2 days rotational week off.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls/chat/email as per the process
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers
• Resolve customer complaints professionally
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Follow company policies, processes, and quality guidelines

Candidate Requirements

Excellent communication skills
Valuable command of English for International Process
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-service-oriented attitude
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Immediate joiners preferred

Shift Requirements

Candidates MUST be comfortable with Night Shifts
Candidates MUST be comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts
Shift timings and weekly offs will be rotational as per business requirements
