NetQuo Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Interns who are interested in building a career in HR and Talent Acquisition. The intern will work closely with our recruitment team and gain hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Support recruiters in hiring for IT, niche technology, and other professional roles.
- Build an understanding of job requirements, candidate assessment, and recruitment processes.





Who Can Apply
Fresh graduates or students pursuing MBA/PGDM/BBA or other graduate/postgraduate programmes, preferably with an interest in HR and recruitment. Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and basic knowledge of MS Office.
