- Monitor complaint management which is delivered through SDE BA.
- Monitor BAs performance and make POA for improvement
- To monitor all escalated complaints personally till closure
- Meeting customer in case of major failure and ensure the complaint is resolved to customers satisfaction
- Coordinating with material group for the indents placed by SDE
- To deliver RT, DT PMS adherence as per divisions target
- To ensure adherence to processes laid by division for service delivery
- To effectively implement drive the current initiatives assigned by division from time to time
- To ensure that warranty is redeemed in time and thereby minimize cost of operation
- To analyze and eliminate repeat complaints by finding root cause
- To ensure safety is practiced by SDEs and associates
- To ensure the team is properly trained for delivering the services
