Role Purpose : Support end-to-end supply chain planning by coordinating production planning, inventory management, S&OP;, dispatch planning, and cross-functional operations to ensure high product availability and optimum inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and coordinate production plans based on demand forecasts and business priorities.
- Support the monthly S&OP; process through planning inputs, MIS, and management reports.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock ageing, and replenishment across plants and distribution locations.
- Coordinate inter-plant transfers, charging operations, and dispatch planning to ensure timely product availability.
- Track order fulfilment, dispatch execution, and supply performance while resolving planning exceptions.
- Generate planning dashboards, MIS, and analytical reports to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, QA, and Regional teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
- Drive continuous improvements in planning processes, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency.
