Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and support our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms, product listings, order processing, and inventory management. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage product listings on various e-commerce marketplaces and websites.
- Update product information, pricing, images, descriptions, and inventory regularly.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch.
- Monitor order status, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt support through marketplace portals.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to avoid stock shortages.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, discounts, and festive offers.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.




- Ensure product listings comply with marketplace guidelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for product images and promotional creatives.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra or WooCommerce.
- Good understanding of product listing and catalog management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
- Knowledge of online marketplace seller panels will be an added advantage.
