Monitor PTA, DAM, and SSL Offloader health and alerts.
• Perform initial troubleshooting using SOPs and runbooks.
• Monitor SSL certificate expiry and traffic performance.
• Verify DAM/PTA agent functionality and policy enforcement.
• Handle user access requests and access modifications.
• Maintain incident records, troubleshooting logs, and documentation.
• Escalate critical issues to L2 teams as required.
