Heres what you should know as an Influencer Lead at Blink:

On any given day, you might:

- Lead influencer marketing strategy across multiple client accounts, ensuring campaigns align with business objectives and brand positioning.

- Develop integrated influencer campaign frameworks backed by audience insights, consumer behavior, market intelligence, and platform trends.

- Define campaign KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting structures that clearly demonstrate business impact and ROI.

- Oversee end-to-end influencer campaign execution, from ideation and creator selection to content approvals, activation, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.

- Build and nurture solid relationships with creators, talent managers, agencies, platforms, and industry stakeholders.

- Identify emerging creators, new platform opportunities, and industry trends that can unlock innovative solutions for clients.

- Own campaign profitability by managing budgets, forecasting costs, negotiating commercial agreements, and ensuring financial accuracy.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Client Servicing, Creative, Content, Media, and Finance to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

- Provide strategic counsel to clients and proactively identify opportunities for account growth, retention,



and additional revenue generation.

- Lead, mentor, and develop Managers, Executives, and Associates within the Influencer team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.

- Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and platform-specific influencer marketing guidelines and best practices.

- Be available to support key shoots, events, creator engagements, and client activations when required.

- Contribute to new business pitches, influencer strategy proposals, and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen Blink Digitals position in the market.

The Ideal Person

- Proven experience in influencer marketing and creator partnerships.

- Strong strategic thinking, client management, and relationship-building skills.

- Deep understanding of influencer marketing metrics, social analytics, and platform trends.

- Experienced in managing campaigns across diverse industries and creator categories.

- Strong negotiation, commercial, and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop teams.

- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You Bring

- 5 7+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Creator Partnerships.

- Proven experience leading influencer campaigns across social platforms.

- Strong client management and team leadership skills.

- Experience building creator partnerships and driving campaign success.
