Job Title: Tele Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Tele Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, prior telesales or sales experience, and the ability to convert leads into customers through effective telephonic interactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact potential customers through outbound calls.

* Explain products and services to prospective clients.

* Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

* Follow up with interested prospects and close sales effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

* Experience: Minimum 12 years in Telesales, Business Development, or Sales.

* Qualification: 12th Pass or Above.

* Languages Required:

* English

* Hindi

* Bengali





* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Solid persuasion, negotiation, and convincing abilities.

* Candidates with hardcore telesales experience will be preferred.

* Candidates with any sales background and excellent English communication are also eligible.

Job Details

* Location: Work From Office

* Working Days: Monday to Saturday

* Timing: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

* Weekly Off: Sunday

* Salary: 15,000 – 22,000 In-Hand (Depending on communication skills and last drawn salary)

* Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

* Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Interview (Mandatory)
