7-10 years of experience in Application Lifecycle Management, Production Support, and L3 Support for enterprise applications.

- Strong experience in Risk, Incident, Change, Problem Management, Audit, Compliance, and Information Security Governance.
- Hands-on expertise in UNIX/Linux administration, shell scripting, troubleshooting, log analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in L3 Infrastructure Support, including root cause analysis, system stability, infrastructure upgrades, and major incident management.
- Strong development/support experience in J2EE-based enterprise applications and open-source frameworks.
- Experience with Oracle/MS SQL databases and DevOps tools such as GIT, BitBucket, Jenkins, Maven, and Ansible.
- Good understanding of Payments and Cash Management systems.
- Knowledge of security controls, audit compliance, vulnerability remediation, and access management.
