DEXIT Global Limited is Hiring HRMS Analyst on an Immediate Basis

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Administer and manage the Darwinbox HRMS platform.

• Resolve HRMS-related employee and stakeholder queries and coordinate with the vendor for issue resolution.

• Manage Core Structure, Attendance, Leave, Performance Management, Recruitment, Onboarding, Helpdesk, and Workflow modules.

• Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.

• Manage employee master data, organizational structure, roles, and permissions.

• Support data migration, system integrations, and biometric attendance integrations.

• Maintain audit logs and support compliance and governance activities. • Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO) integration.

• Manage the HRMS Admin mailbox and provide end-user support.

• Automate HR processes to improve operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Admin, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations and system effectiveness.
