- Conduct research to identify global trends and understand requirement of stakeholders for creation of various type of products.
- Analyze and gather data through various sources for the purpose of product development.
- Write white papers, research reports, articles on passive management, concepts and methodology.
- Develop selection criteria and rules for broad, theme, quantitative and strategy-product based for equity, fixed income and hybrids
- Develop creative product strategies including smart beta, single or multi factor, sector, thematic products for passive funds
- Back test portfolios
