Role & responsibilities

- 5 to 10 years of experience as a Technical Writer or Software Documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Documentation tools like MS Office, Robohelp, Acrobat, SnagIt, and InDesign.
- Demonstrated experience working with application and infrastructure architecture diagrams development, which aligns with industry open standards.
- Sound knowledge and experience in Content architecture and cataloguing.
- Must have domain experience into General Insurance or Health Insurance.

Preferred candidate profile

Learning/understanding the documentation tools and process.

- Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation.




- Coordinating with subject matter experts in understanding product and functionality to produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards.
- Research, design, illustrate, revise, edit, and write high-quality documentation.
- Re-writing existing documents with proper standards.
- Preparing easy-to-understand Online Help, User Manual, and other User Documentation.
- Assisting in preparing templates, preparing/formatting Word documents, power point presentations in accordance with prescribed organization standards.
- Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications.
- Prepare articles, and blogs, to promote software applications.
