Job Description

We are looking for an Executive / Sr. Executive HRPB with 1 to 4 years of experience to support business HR operations. The role involves employee lifecycle management, employee engagement, performance support, HR compliance, and partnering with business teams to ensure smooth HR processes.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries.
- Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement activities and enhance workplace culture.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance.




- Coordinate with hiring teams for manpower planning and recruitment support.
- Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee documentation.
- Partner with business managers to address employee relations and grievance handling.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 14 years of experience in HR Business Partnering/Generalist role.
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced business workplace.
