- Review and evaluate architectural and engineering drawings to ensure accuracy, quality, and project feasibility.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable statutory regulations, local building byelaws, and relevant codes and standards.
- Stay up to date with developments across engineering disciplines, construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Monitor and coordinate the work of architectural consultants, providing technical guidance, recommendations, and organizing workshops when necessary.
- Provide design clarification and technical support to subcontractors, including builders, plumbers, and electricians, ensuring accurate interpretation of design intent and specifications.
- Liaise with planning authorities, Fire Department officials, and MOEF consultants to obtain approvals, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely compliance with project requirements.
- Foster effective coordination and communication among multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones, quality standards, and organizational objectives.
