We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Process Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with US clients, handling voice processes, candidate onboarding, customer service, or e-commerce support. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment, and a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance while handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, candidates, and clients professionally.

- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat.

- Support e-commerce customer service activities, including order inquiries, issue resolution, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate candidate onboarding activities.

- Verify and process documentation while ensuring compliance.

- Maintain accurate records and update systems.

- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

- Manage multiple tasks while meeting quality and productivity targets.

- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

- Adhere to company policies and compliance standards.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's Degree (mandatory).

- 13 years of experience working with US clients.

- Minimum 1+ year in US voice process, customer support, onboarding, or e-commerce customer service.

- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent.

- Strong interpersonal, multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

- Comfortable handling confidential information.

- Willingness to work in a secure environment.

- Flexible to work rotational shifts (majorly night shifts).

- A strong and thorough background verification will be conducted prior to onboarding.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in customer service, e-commerce support, recruitment support, onboarding, HR operations, or document verification.

- Familiarity with CRM, ATS, ERP, or workflow systems.

- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.
