Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Logistics Executive to manage the dispatch, transportation, and delivery of materials to project sites. The ideal candidate will coordinate with production, stores, transporters, and customers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate the dispatch of materials as per delivery schedules.
- Arrange transportation through transporters,couriers, or dedicated vehicles.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate with the Production, Stores, Sales,and Installation teams for material readiness.
- Prepare dispatch documents such as Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills, LR copies, invoices, and transport documents.
- Ensure proper packaging and labeling of materials before dispatch.
- Maintain records of dispatches, deliveries,pending shipments, and transporter details.




- Follow up with transporters to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Resolve logistics-related issues such as delays, damages, shortages, or incorrect deliveries.
- Monitor freight costs and identify opportunities to optimize transportation expenses.
- Maintain inventory movement records and update Excel reports.

Required Skills

- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of dispatch documentation, E-Way Bills, and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word.
- Ability to handle multiple dispatches simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or project-based industries will be an added advantage.
