Job Summary

The Hub Incharge is responsible for managing the daily operations of the last-mile delivery hub, ensuring timely dispatch, efficient workforce management, operational compliance, and achievement of service level agreements (SLAs). The role focuses on improving delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end hub operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Plan and monitor daily dispatch activities to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise Team Leads, delivery associates, and hub staff.
- Monitor delivery KPIs such as First Attempt Delivery, On-Time Delivery, Return to Origin (RTO), and productivity.
- Ensure manpower planning and roster management.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper handling of parcels.
- Coordinate with transport vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company SOPs.
- Resolve escalations related to deliveries, customers, and operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise costs and productivity.
- Ensure proper utilisation of vehicles, assets, and infrastructure.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 4–8 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, courier, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in handling last-mile delivery operations is preferred.

Job Summary

The Team Lead is responsible for supervising daily delivery operations, coordinating delivery associates, ensuring timely dispatch and deliveries, and maintaining operational efficiency at the hub.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise delivery associates and daily operational activities.
- Conduct daily attendance, route allocation, and briefing sessions.
- Ensure timely loading, dispatch, and delivery of shipments.
- Track delivery progress and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor rider productivity and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Ensure accurate scanning and shipment reconciliation.
- Coordinate with customer support and the Hub Incharge for escalations.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and operational compliance.
- Train new delivery associates on SOPs and processes.
- Submit daily operational and performance reports.

Qualifications
