Job Title: Art Director

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Art Director with a strong creative school background and proven experience in an advertising agency environment. The candidate will be responsible for leading visual creative direction, ensuring high-quality output, and managing and mentoring a team of designers.

The ideal candidate should have a robust eye for design, excellent conceptual thinking, and hands-on expertise in graphics, video editing, and overall art direction.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Concept Development

- Lead the development of creative concepts and visual storytelling for campaigns, ads, and branding projects.
- Translate client briefs into compelling creative ideas and visual executions.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual tone across all deliverables.

Creative Review & Quality Control

- Perform detailed creative checks to maintain high design standards.
- Review all artwork, layouts, and videos before final delivery.
- Ensure accuracy in typography, colors, alignment, and overall composition.

Team Handling & Training

- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of graphic designers and video editors.
- Conduct regular training sessions and creative reviews to improve team skills.
- Provide constructive feedback and ensure continuous team development.

Design & Production

- Oversee the creation of print, digital, social media, and video content.
- Provide direction for video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia content.
- Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and client expectations.

Collaboration & Communication





- Work closely with copywriters, account managers, and clients.
- Present creative ideas and concepts to stakeholders confidently.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

- Degree/Diploma from a reputed Creative/Design School (e.g., Applied Arts, Visual Communication, or equivalent).

Experience

- 6+ years of experience in an advertising agency or creative agency.
- Proven track record of leading creative projects and managing teams.

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in:
- Graphic Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Video Editing Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation

- Strong understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and branding
