We take a bold and modern approach to sales excellencecombining deep operational expertise, cutting-edge technology, and data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and empower go-to-market teams to succeed.As the Team Lead, and a key member of the Sales Operations - Data Analytics, Reporting Visualization team, you will head a cross-functional team of Data Analytics, Visualization, and Data Modeling experts working within the Sales Operations space.



The ideal candidate brings a strong background in business intelligence, reporting, visualization and advanced analytics in sales domain. The candidate will have a proven track record in project delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership. The candidate will adeptly balance hands-on reporting and analytics tasks, and team management.

What are we looking for
Strong background in Sales Operations, CRM data, and sales process optimizationProven experience in sales data analytics, and business intelligenceProven experience in leading and managing teams that deliver interactive dashboards, reporting automation and advanced data flows and modelingDeep understanding of all AI Tools like M365 Co-Pilot, ClaudeDeep understanding of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) for automation, data modeling and analyticsStrong command over Power Query, Power Pivot, Power BI (or similar visualization platforms) and BI architecture for visual storytelling and dashboardingHands-on experience with SQL, data management, data flows, and data modeling practicesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills; working with global, cross-functional teamsProficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reportingExperience in driving transformation initiatives through automation and advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and systems integration

Roles and Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert in Sales Operations analytics, providing thought leadership, mentorship, and guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersManage project timelines, resource planning,



and risk mitigation across multiple workstreams while maintaining high standards of quality and deliveryDrive and oversee the design, development, and deployment of data insights, visualization solutions, and data models that support sales strategy, performance tracking, and revenue optimizationDrive collaboration across functional, technical, and global teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and deliver measurable outcomesManage project timelines, resource planning, and risk mitigation across multiple workstreams while maintaining high standards of quality and deliveryLead the end-to-end delivery of reporting, analytics, and visualization solutions across sales operations workstreamsAlign team objectives with Sales Operations and Sales Excellence strategyDrive solution design, data strategy, and execution across data insights and analytics BI tracksOversee solution scalability, reusability, and integration into business processesManage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of SQL, Python, Power Platform, Power BI (or similar platforms) developers, and Data Analytics practitionersProvide technical and functional guidance to team membersConduct regular performance reviews, skill development sessions, and team health checksOversee capacity planning and work allocationResponsible for reporting and reporting transformation metrics and KPIsCollaborate with senior business leaders, sales stakeholders, and global teams to define problem statements, KPIs, and success metricsServe as the client-facing SME for all analytics and visualization needs in the sales domainStrong communication of data analytics, and visualizations through effective storytellingEnsure high-quality delivery of sales reports, dashboards, insights and analyticsReview and validate data models, flows, dashboards, and visual designsEncourage adoption of best practices in code management, versioning, and model documentationEnsure data quality, governance, and secure access across platforms
