POSITION OVERVIEW

MIDASX, powered by Vijya Fintech, is a fast-growing organisation of approximately 100 professionals, with the majority of current hiring concentrated across technology functions. We are seeking a Human Resources Executive to lead talent acquisition and manage core HR operations as the organisation scales. Reporting to the HR function, the role serves as a key point of contact for recruitment, employee documentation and communication, records management, and engagement, ensuring a professional, efficient, and compliant people-management experience across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology and business roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and hiring closure.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, drive hiring plans,



and build quality talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.
- Handle key HR operations, including employee documentation (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving, and experience letters) and maintaining accurate HR records.
- Support onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and HR compliance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Candidate Requirements

- 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to HR Operations, preferably in a sales or fintech environment.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Valuable understanding of HR documentation, employee lifecycle processes, and statutory compliance.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.
