Role Overview

We are looking for an Account Manager to manage day-to-day logistics operations for assigned customer accounts and ensure smooth, reliable execution of deliveries. This is a high-ownership, client-facing operations role critical to keeping our F&B; partners running smoothly across cities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Account Management

- Manage daily operations for assigned customer accounts
- Maintain a digital MIS of daily operations

Operations Coordination

- Coordinate with vendors for vehicle deployment
- Oversee daily client operations end-to-end
- Onboard every client onto JustDeliveries' digital platform

SLA Management

- Ensure service reliability and on-time delivery performance





Issue Resolution

- Resolve operational issues and customer escalations within 24 hours

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- SLA adherence
- On-time delivery performance
- Customer satisfaction
- Issue resolution time

Experience & Skills Required

- 36 years of experience in logistics operations or client account management
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with data/MIS and digital platforms
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (clients, vendors, internal teams) simultaneously
