Position: Telecom OSS Architect / Network Inventory Architect
Experience: 5-15 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Telecom OSS Architect with 515 years of experience in OSS architecture, GIS/ESRI ArcGIS, Network Inventory Management, and Service Fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing OSS solutions supporting fiber and telecom network operations, inventory management, provisioning workflows, and FTTx network deployments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Telecom OSS architectures for network inventory, provisioning, and service fulfillment platforms.
- Lead OSS transformation and modernization initiatives for telecom operators and service providers.
- Implement and support GIS-based network inventory solutions using ESRI ArcGIS and related technologies.
- Define architecture for physical and logical network inventory systems across fiber and telecom networks.
- Design workflows for service provisioning, activation, and fulfillment processes.
- Support end-to-end FTTx/Fiber network planning, inventory, and lifecycle management.
- Integrate OSS systems with BSS, CRM, Order Management, NMS, and other telecom platforms.
- Develop solution blueprints, architecture documents, data models, and integration frameworks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders,

- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of OSS solutions.

Required Skills

- 515 years of experience in Telecom OSS domain.
- Solid expertise in Telecom OSS Architecture and solution design.
- Hands-on experience with GIS/ESRI ArcGIS platforms and spatial data management.
- Experience in Network Inventory Management Systems.
- Strong understanding of Service Fulfillment, Service Provisioning, and Activation processes.
- Experience working with FTTx/Fiber Network inventory and operations.
- Knowledge of telecom network technologies including Fiber, IP, Access, Transport, and Core Networks.
- Experience in OSS/BSS integration and enterprise system architecture.
- Strong understanding of telecom data models and inventory lifecycle management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and solutioning skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with telecom platforms such as Netcracker, Amdocs, Cramer, Inventory Systems, or similar OSS products.
- Knowledge of TM Forum standards (SID, eTOM, Open APIs).
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with Oracle, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, and spatial databases.
- Exposure to Agile delivery models and digital transformation programs.
