HR Executive Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

Freshers with internship experience in HR from any Bank, NBFC, or Financial Services company are also welcome

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive with experience in the NBFC or Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate should have exposure to both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations and be available to join within 1 week.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various business functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle offer rollout, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, MIS, and recruitment trackers.
- Support day-to-day HR Operations and ensure smooth HR processes.




- Assist in employee engagement and other HR initiatives as required.
