Job Summary
The Team Leader will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the tele calling team to maximize conversions from incoming prospect leads. Since all leads are qualified or inquiry-based (no cold calling), the primary objective is to improve customer experience, conversion ratio, response time, cross-selling, and overall team productivity.
The Team Leader will create systems, monitor KPIs, conduct training sessions, implement current sales strategies, and ensure every lead is professionally managed and converted within the company's target timeline
