Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure that the solutions you deliver are scalable and high-performing, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Design and configure PeopleSoft FSCM
- Ability to comprehend requirements
- Knowledge on accounting concepts, design and configure solutions
- Knowledge on PeopleSoft Financials Receivables and Billing, PeopleSoft GL,KK and AP
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft General Ledger, Oracle PeopleSoft Commitment Control.
- Positive To Have

Skills:
- Experience with PeopleSoft PeopleTools.
- Worked on PeopleSoft upgrade, App Designer, People Code, SQR, BI Publisher, App Engine, App Packages, Integration Broker, PS/Query
- Knowledge of configurations / setups of PeopleSoft Financials and General finance fundamental concepts / processes and configuring/setting up PeopleSoft AWE for automated workflow approvals
- Experience of financials modules like BI, AR, CM, KK, AP, Banking, AM, CM,GL
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Proficient in database management and optimization techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experiencein Oracle PeopleSoft General Ledger (PeopleSoft FSCM 9,1 or above)
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
