Job Title: Manager / Assistant Manager – HR (Regional HR – West)

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to manage the complete employee lifecycle for the West Region. The role requires a robust blend of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.




- Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition for lateral and campus hiring.
- Handle joining formalities, onboarding, documentation, and induction.
- Partner with business stakeholders across multiple levels.
- Coordinate HR processes such as performance appraisal, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS, reports, and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and process compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8–10 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong expertise in Non-IT recruitment, with experience hiring for middle and senior-level positions.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
- Candidates from core industries will be preferred.
- If from the retail industry, candidates should have handled corporate/support function hiring rather than store-level recruitment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in an Individual Contributor role.

Additional Information

- Location: Mumbai (Vikhroli -Base Location)
- Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days preferred.
- Recovery Clause: A recovery amount of 2,00,000 will be applicable if the employee resigns before completing 2 years from the Date of Joining (DOJ).
